Delete your account
Throne Of Numbers by Alexander Zelenyak
In the app (fastest)
- Open Throne Of Numbers and go to Settings.
- Tap
delete account. - Confirm with
delete forever.
The account is deleted immediately. If you play with a Google account and no longer have the app on this device, install it on any device, link the same Google account in Settings and delete the account from there.
Without the app: by e-mail
Write to zzz.sochi@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Throne Of Numbers account" and include:
- your current display name, exactly as shown in the game;
- whether the account is linked to a Google account;
- whether you can still open the account (the app is installed, or you can sign in with Google on another device) and are ready to change your display name to a confirmation code we send you.
How we confirm the request
Accounts are not tied to e-mail addresses, so we can find your account only by its display name. Your e-mail itself is kept only to handle the request (see E-mail correspondence). We reply to your e-mail and confirm the request:
-
If you can open the account, we first suggest the
delete accountbutton in the app. Otherwise our reply contains a one-time code made of digits: change your display name to it within 7 days, and we delete the account once the name matches. - If you can't open the account (for example, an anonymous account after the app was removed), we delete it on your confirmed request when the display name matches exactly one account.
- If several accounts have that name, we ask for details such as your approximate records and when you started playing. If we still can't tell which account is yours, we delete nothing and tell you so.
Confirmed requests by e-mail are carried out within 30 days of confirmation.
What is deleted
- your display name
- the installation ID
- the Google account ID and the time of linking
- the public player reference
- the terms acceptance and moderation measures
- refresh tokens (stored only as hashes; access tokens are never stored)
- reports and blocks, both those you filed and those filed against you
After deletion nobody can sign in to the account. Signing in again from the same device or with the same Google account creates a new, unrelated account.
What stays
- the random internal ID
- the dates the account was created and deleted
- your records: the value, the stage and the time of the last update
- the stage record, if you were the last to advance the stage, until the next stage is reached
The internal ID, the dates and your records are kept indefinitely in anonymized form; the stage record is kept until the next stage is reached.
Your records stay on the board as "deleted player" under a random internal ID. Once the error logs that may mention that ID have rotated, nothing links it back to you. Every deleted account is a separate "deleted player" row. There are no backups.
Technical error logs that happen to contain the account's identifiers are not edited on deletion; they are removed as the server logs rotate (see Server logs).
